Refund policy

In the event that an item arrives damaged, I will either replace the item free of charge, or refund the amount if a replacement is not available. Customer must report the damage within 7 days of arrival in order to take advantage of this policy.

I do not accept returns except in the rarest of cases. Please email me if you find yourself in an exceptional situation.

For color recipes: I do not provide refunds for color recipes since they are a digital download delivered immediately upon purchase.
